BOOKING & PAYMENT

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for cancellations or no-shows.

SESSION TIME

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your session. Additional time may be available at a rate of $50 per hour.

TRAVEL

Travel outside the standard service area may be subject to a fee of $0.80 per mile.

IMAGE DELIVERY

Final images are delivered within 2–3 weeks via email. Clients are responsible for downloading and saving their images upon delivery.

USAGE RIGHTS

The Amateur Photographer AZ retains copyright of all images. Clients are granted personal-use rights, including printing and sharing. Images may not be altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

MODEL RELEASE

Images may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes. Clients may request privacy in writing prior to their session.

LIABILITY

While every effort is made to provide high-quality images, The Amateur Photographer AZ is not liable for circumstances beyond control. In the rare event of an issue, liability is limited to the amount paid.
